Exact timing depends on team shape and specialist availability. Pick a stage to see who takes part, what we do together and what you receive.

01How do you build teams at JumpGrowth?

Five stages: align on the outcome, match people to the brief, assemble one operating unit, launch into your tools, then scale at 30, 60 and 90 days. A named person owns each stage.

02How soon is the first shortlist?

Typically days 3–5 after the brief, depending on team shape and specialist availability. Timings on this page are indicative.

03When does a new team start shipping?

The team is usually launched in week 2, in your environment, with a first sprint plan. First commits typically land inside two weeks of kickoff.

04Can we mix onshore, nearshore and offshore people?

Yes. We design the shore mix around collaboration, capability and the work: United States, Mexico, Canada and India.
