Why discovery services
Building the wrong product efficiently is still building the wrong product. Product discovery services turn your vision into a plan you can execute with us, or with anyone.
The result
Defined scope
Every feature agreed.A precise budget
A hard estimate, by sprint.Ready architecture
Stack and infrastructure mapped.
Discovery readiness check
Tick what you already have. You only pay for the product discovery still needed.
Your discovery
6weeks

How discovery works
Four steps from a vision to a plan engineering can start on day one.
Stakeholder alignment
Everyone agreed on one north star metric.Technical feasibility
Integrations, compliance and performance checked against your budget.Wireframing & mapping
Requirements turned into clickable workflows to sign off.Release planning
Stack, sprint plan and a hard estimate for the build.

What you keep
Documentation you keep, not meetings you sat through.
User stories and acceptance criteria. Arrives as PRD.
Systems, data and cloud, ready to provision. Arrives as Diagrams.
Every core journey and edge case. Arrives as Figma.
Sprint by sprint, and what it costs. Arrives as Sprint plan.
The cost of skipping discovery
Diving straight into code feels fast. It is the most expensive way to validate an idea.

Discovery case studies / 03
Products that needed product discovery services before the build: problem, solution and architecture you can read in the case study.
Discovery client stories / 02
Clients who needed product thinking before engineering, talking about how the work landed.
01 / 02
Ethnomet's blend of telemedicine and digital health-as-a-service calls for product thinking that understands both technology and healthcare. JumpGrowth helped bring those worlds together.
Clear communication, honest estimates, and engineers who care about the product as much as we do.

01What are product discovery services?
A short engagement, typically one to six weeks, where product leads and architects define the problem, validate the solution and map the architecture before you invest in a build. You keep the blueprint.
02How long do product discovery services take?
Each remaining phase is typically two weeks. If market research, UX and architecture are already locked, a one-week review pressure-tests them and prices the build.
03What affects the cost of product discovery?
You only pay for the validation still needed. Cost depends on how many of the three phases remain (market and problem, UX, technical blueprinting) and how much of your team’s time is available for workshops and reviews. We quote against that brief.
04Do I have to build with JumpGrowth?
No. The blueprint is yours, written so any engineering team can execute it—including an MVP launch team, a production team, or your own.
05How much of my team’s time will it take?
Mostly the first week, in interviews and workshops. Then a few hours a week for reviews.
06Can we skip discovery if we have designs?
Partly. Use the readiness check above: validated designs cover the UX phase. You still need problem definition and architecture if those are not locked.
07What do we walk away with?
A requirements document, architecture diagrams, clickable prototypes and a sprint-by-sprint timeline and budget—documentation you keep, not meetings you sat through.
