Introduction:

Zoom app is a video conferencing app. Zoom is a free HD meeting app with video and screen sharing for up to 100 people. Since the pandemic, companies, banks, universities, government agencies worldwide, and funeral services have used the Zoom App. People have flocked to the app services to keep up with office meetings, friends, digital clubs, and even weddings.

Features And tools in Zoom App :

Zoom has several features. One of their best features is video calling. It gives you the ability to join or start a meeting on your phone or laptop instantly with your contacts. Also, you can send instant messages to your contacts where you are able to share files, images, and links. With Zoom, you are also able to join or create public and private channels. Another neat feature is the ability to make, receive, and manage phone calls. It allows you to get voicemails and call recording transcripts, which is great for people who don’t always have time to take notes during a meeting. With Zoom, you are also able to set up Auto-receptionist to autonomously answer and route calls to the proper channels and individuals. One of my favorite features is the safe driving mode, where you are able to join a zoom meeting or event while driving.

Final Thoughts:

Zoom (iOS, Android) has become a must-have mobile app. Practically every organization that you could possibly think of uses zoom at some point to conduct their meeting, webinars, or events. This App has been Godsend in the pandemic and has helped keep people connected. There are other Apps like Zoom, such as Skype, Microsoft Teams, google meet, and so forth, but I would have to say zoom has gained much more popularity and people find it much easier and faster to use compared to the others.
